1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the nn7774 Platform.
• "Platform" means the website located at nn7774.cam and all associated services, including mobile applications and software.
• "User," "You," or "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses nn7774 services.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and entertainment services provided through the nn7774 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account for wagering and withdrawal purposes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must immediately notify nn7774 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. nn7774 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account if you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the nn7774 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or the use of false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nn7774 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any User found to be operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts closed, and all balances and winnings may be forfeited at nn7774's sole discretion.

3. Account Verification and KYC Requirements

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

nn7774 is legally required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by nn7774 for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by nn7774 may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.2 Document Submission Standards

All documents submitted for verification must be clear, legible, and valid. Acceptable forms of identification include Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, postal ID, or any government-issued photo identification. Proof of address must be dated within the last three (3) months and may include utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence. nn7774 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification procedures for high-value transactions or as required by regulatory authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

nn7774 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine financial institutions, as well as credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits are set at the discretion of nn7774 and may vary based on Account status, verification level, and payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified Accounts, subject to completion of all required verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). nn7774 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits based on Account status and regulatory requirements. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection of the withdrawal request and potential Account suspension.

4.3 Payment Processing Fees

nn7774 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, and Users are responsible for any such charges. Withdrawal requests that remain unclaimed for ninety (90) days will be returned to the Account balance. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions involving currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use nn7774 services solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from nn7774. Users must not engage in any activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Platform, including but not limited to the use of automated systems, bots, or any other mechanism to access or use nn7774 services.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
2. Use of software, devices, or strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes
3. Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain unauthorized benefits
4. Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
5. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or nn7774 staff
6. Bonus abuse, including the systematic exploitation of promotional offers
7. Circumventing Account restrictions or creating duplicate accounts

5.3 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are final and binding once completed. nn7774 maintains comprehensive logs of all gaming activity, and in the event of a dispute, the records maintained by nn7774 shall be considered the authoritative source. Technical malfunctions, including but not limited to display errors or connectivity issues, do not invalidate game results unless nn7774 determines that a malfunction has materially affected the outcome.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by nn7774 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be redeemed through systematic or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional offers. nn7774 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

While nn7774 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. nn7774 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Users acknowledge that internet-based services are subject to inherent technical limitations and agree that nn7774 shall not be held liable for damages resulting from such limitations.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

nn7774 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, nn7774 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nn7774 makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall nn7774's total liability to any User for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount deposited by the User into their Account during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability. nn7774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of nn7774 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

9.2 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding nn7774 services, you must first contact our customer support team through the live chat function or via email. We will endeavor to resolve all complaints within seven (7) business days. If you remain unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Gaming Licensing and Enforcement Department in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

10. Amendments and Modifications

nn7774 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the Platform or via email. Continued use of nn7774 services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by nn7774, constitute the entire agreement between you and nn7774 concerning your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
